Spain Retreat Deposit

    Registration Form - Registration is now open!
    This serves as Formal Registration for the Retreat. Once this form is received, you have several options for payment:
    1. can mail check deposit to:      Cloud Catcher, LLC, 9823 La Vonda St., Riverview, FL 33569 within 5 business days of sending registration
    2. pay by credit card
    3. Send bank to bank transfer. Retreat Journeys will  provide bank information.
    *A 3% Transaction Fee will be added to all credit card transactions.
    *Pricing is in current Euro to USD conversion rate. USD equivalent to Euro balance will be charged at final payment.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that Retreat Journeys is a small company and sends most funds immediately to the vendors in order to confirm space.  All funds are non-refundable once submitted. 
We recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance or trip cancellation insurance for any recovering of deposits due to unforeseen events or circumstances.  Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies. No refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete the retreat, or for arriving late or leaving early.  We reserve the right to cancel retreats with inadequate participant interest, in which case all money paid will be refunded. Notification of cancellation will occur at least 2 months prior to retreat start date. Retreat Journeys or Cloud Catcher LLC cannot be held responsible for any personal expenses, such as airline tickets due to changes in itineraries or retreat cancellations.
